Early Check-in & Late Check-out
To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking an additional night in advance. Likewise, for late check-out, reserving an extra night ensures access to your room until departure. If you choose not to book additional time, we are happy to store your luggage at our reception.
Reservation Policy
- Cancellations (7 Days Prior to Arrival): Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. Refunds will be subject to a 3% deduction for bank fees.
- No-Show: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of IDR 500,000 net (or USD 50) will be required upon arrival via credit card.
Payment Methods
- We accept Visa and MasterCard.
- Payments can be made via International Visa, MasterCard, QRIS, and Indonesian Debit Cards.
- Cash payments are not accepted.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
- Smoking is permitted outside the rooms and in the pool area.
Age Requirement
- Guests under 10 years old are considered children; all others are considered adults.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to register.
Extended Stays
For stay extensions, please contact the Front Desk. Extensions are subject to villa availability.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed, except at Eight Palms Villa and Roomates Hostel Canggu.
Tax Policy
- A 21% government tax and service charge applies.
Currency & Exchange Rate
- All rates are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
- If rates are confirmed in USD, they may be converted to IDR at the hotel’s exchange rate at the time of your stay. Exchange rates are subject to fluctuations.
